Kikker
KIKKER is a 4 piece all original American rock band based out of Morris County, NJ. The band was formed in Aug of 2021 by guitarist Bruce McConnell and lead vocalist Andy Kauff. They finished out the lineup by bringing in friends, drummer Pete Blasko, and bass player Brian Ernst.
After just one rehearsal, there was instant chemistry between them, and they all shared the same goals and drive, and as a result, KIKKER was born.
Their collection of writing and performing their unique brand of entertainment fuses powerful vocals, guitar, bass, and drums with a unique sound with stage presence that makes you wanting to come back for more!!
Known as one of NJ’s hardest working bands, KIKKER has performed many shows at venues such as the legendary Dingbatz in Clifton, NJ, Shawn’s Crazy Saloon in North Arlington, NJ just to name a few, and are on the regular roster twice a year at the infamous Chiller Theater Expo Convention at the Hilton Hotel, Parsippany, NJ and have had the pleasure of opening for or sharing the stage with former band members of Ace Frehley, Alice Cooper, Quiet Riot, KISS, and Gn R as well as sharing the stage with legendary Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee Artimus Pyle of the Artimus Pyle Band, and Pyle Tribe just to name a few.
Their first single, Without You I’m Free, was released on all streaming music platforms on August 4, 2023.
As of June of 2025, by mutual agreement, KIKKER and original singer Andy Kauff parted ways due to musical differences, and after a short search, they recruited friend Metal Mike Brown to handle the vocal duties. Metal Mike is a powerhouse of a singer, he brings a whole new dimension to KIKKER with his stage presence and vocal capabilities!!! He is a perfect fit that the band needed to move forward in their musical journey!
The band’s current lineup consists of Bruce McConnell on guitars and backing vocals, Pete Blasko on drums, Brian Ernst on bass guitar and backing vocals, and Metal Mike Brown on lead vocals.

KIKKER recorded their self titled 4 song EP at GD Ponderosa Studios in Lafayette, NJ on CD with Metal Mike on Aug of 2025!! It was produced, mixed, and mastered by Grammy Nominated Producer Tom Askin, known for his work with The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and others.
